tried to register myself for entrance examination organized ICFAI university for PGDM, IBSAT 2013 on oct 18, 2013 at 12:20 pm. Despite paying a registration fee of Rs. 1500, i was not provided with any registration number, to carry further the process to appear in the exam. The phone number provided on the university’s website, though claimed to be 5 lined, but nobody picks up the phone. Those who work, are exclusively deal with admission procedure and no one wants to listen to my problem. When i wrote a mail to the ICFAI athurities, i was asked about transaction details. I was not provided any sort of details by the ICFAI, though my bank statement clearly says Rs. 1500 transferred to ICFAI for IBSAT 2013. I was asked to provide my bank account number, which was provided by me the moment i was asked to do so. Since then there is no communication from the other side.

i want my Rs 1500 back, with an apology from the authorities.
