The issue is with the Credit card division of ICICI have blocked my Bank account which is my Salary account with ICICI bank. This has been done without any prior intimation or my knowledge. I have tried to speak to their phone banking officer and a supervisor there. The situation is I had to make a payment on the Credit card (62000) odd amount of which I was asked to make a min payment on the 5th of July, I made a payment of 2600 on the said date as I was informed there would not be any more penalty as I had committed that the remaining payment would be made within 15 working days. This did not happen and I was billed on the 5th of July again.

On the 15th July 2014 I made another payment of 59000, post which there would not have been any more pending amount, this did not happen and my personal bank account was leaned by the Credit card division. Upon speaking to the banking team I was informed that until I make the entire payment the access to my bank account will not be restored.

I would like this issue to be resolved and any penalties levied to be waived off.
