My account no is 024101 000295, at Sapna Sangeeta Branch , Indore. I was told by the bank at the time of account opening that it is not necessary to maintain minimum balance amount as my account is connected to DMAT account. But bank has deducted huge amount as the minimum amount was not there in the bank. Also there was no SMS from the bank informing and alerting me. My request is that my amount deducted should be refunded back.
