his is to inform you that I had an online transaction yesterday(24/03/2014) for an amount of Rs.89,612 from my ICICI bank account 000201622778 and got failed due to some time out error. But the amount got deducted from my account. I had a high emergency to transfer the amount and I tried for IMPS transaction from ICICI site. I called your customer care executive on the same day and as per him the amount is supposed to be credited back on my account in 1 day and I waited for a day since It’s very urgent for me to get the amount back and it’s not a small amount too. Today(25/03/2014) I called them again and the person told me that the amount is already reverted to my account and when I checked it was not happened. I called again the person disconnected my call.

For the 3rd time I called another executive her name was VANI and she said it will take a max of 5 working days to credit back the amount. With all these I am very unhappy with your customer care service and banking services. As per my knowledge and experience, the same kind of issue resolves in a few minutes with CITI bank transactions. Please let me know if you can help me at the earliest since it’s a huge amount for me and need to transfer the amount ASAP. Looking forward to an early and favorable action from your side.
