My ICICI Customer ID is 522637278. I saw my bank statement for the month of March 2014 and there is unknown charges of Rs 337.08. I don’t know for which they have charged this amount. I tried to reach ICICI bank but there is no way to reach ICICI bank. There is no email ID on which I can write my complaint to ICICI. ICICI bank has no option to write complaint in NEt banking and also there is no email address on ICICI website to write complaint on it

I need refund of Rs 337.08 plus additionally Rs 1000 for the mental agony suffered.
