Recently I take personal loan from ICICI Bank, My Loan A/C No. is LPCHE00027423730. They send me EMI details to my address, in that I saw the EMI date as 1st of every month. It was shocked to me, without my knowledge they have decided 1st day of every month because I’ll get the every month salary after 5th only. My Salary is credited in ICICI Bank only even though they fixed the EMI date as 1st day, I don’t know what their motto is. Once I got the letter I called the customer support and ask them to change my EMI date they said it’s not possible you have to keep the fund else you have pay 800 more. March 1st is my first EMI since I didn’t get the salary at time so I don’t have sufficient fund in my account once I got the salary they detected Rs.11072/- instead of Rs.10272/- I wrote them email from my internet banking why they replied me to contact the customer support. I can’t pay Rs.800/- more for every month and I can simple keep the money for next month EMI. So please ask them to change the EMI date and ask them to refund the Rs.800/- back to my account because I can bar money for their mistake. They has to confirm the EMI date before they fixed
