I continuously gets abusive calls from customer care saying they are calling from icici bank and i have a outstanding amounts which needs to be pay immediately. But i never had a icici bank card and nor i did receive but they wont agree as as per their records my mail id and date of birth matches in the database. So i asked them in that case please produce me with the receiving signature of the card when it was delivered and by whom so that we can have a transparency. But it has never been produced instead give me a lot of harassment calls and also calls my wife phone and uses slang language. Calls are made from different numbers so very hard to track and also in comings are not available. Even the company where the card was given called Diwan Chand i never had worked with them in 2006 and i have a detail career record where it can be highlighted

I would request then to kindly recheck who had received the card and who had used it and stop giving me abusing calls and disturbing me.If i had never used the service how can they compel me to pay any amount.
