I had purchased Sony Bravia KDL-42W700B model LED tv on 12th April 2014 from Sony Centre through 0% interest EMI option provided by the seller through my ICICI bank credit card. In the credit card slip it has been mentioned that I should get a cash back of amount Rs. 5003.4. in my credit card account. Though I have purchased in 0% interest EMI option I got statement from bank that I have to pay interest on each month. But problem is that in the slip it has been mentioned that I should get a cash back of total around Rs. 5003.4. I have already contacted with Sony customer care they mailed me that please contact with seller. Seller has told me that Sony will provide that. Please help on this scenario.

I should get the cashback as soon as possible. So that interest amount I have to pay to credit card will be compensated.
