I have a health insurance policy with ICICI (Policy No.: 13252843)and I paid its premium in Jan’14 on time. They did not update it on my ICICI online account. After verbal follow up, I have written at least 20 mails to them since 12th Jun’14 and I kept requesting them that I need the premium certificate more importantly because I need to submit it to income tax authorities to get tax exemption. But they did not listen and at last provided me late after it has no use, ie, in Aug’14 whereas last date of tax return was 31st Jul’14.

INR 6700/- + suitable compensation for the harassment.
