In the time of booking online rail ticket the transaction failed and the money is debited.But ticket was not booked. hence I want to inform that the I was booking Ticket from irctc.co.in and by my ICICI VISA Debit Card… After that I called irctc and icici customer care they both took the complaints against it, after some day i confirm from Irctc that they didi not get the amount as the payment stuck in the Payment Gateway and hence needed to contact my bank…Contact the customer care of icicibank , submitted complaint and some executive told me to wait 60 days(approx) to get back the refund .. but Wait is not going to over now , Days are going on and no ray of hope/refund I can see… I am giving details of the 2 failed transaction of two irctc railway tickets : 1. Booking/failed transaction Date as on Irctc: 29.03.2013 Transaction Amount: 220.00 Transaction Id as on Irctct: 0665579062 Refund details as on Irctc: Payment Not Received From Bank Transaction desription as on ICICI: IIN/www.irctc.c/20130329223226/0 Transaction date as ICICI online banking my account statement: 30.03.2013 2. Booking/failed transaction date as on Irctc: 10.04.2013 Transaction Amount : 251.24 Transaction id as on Irctc: 0671710135 Refund details as on Irctc : Payment Not Received From Bank Transaction Description as on ICICI: IIN/www.irctc.c/20130410124127/0 Transaction date as on ICICI online banking my account statement : 10.04.2013 Hence the two Refund process is on pending for either Irctc or ICICI ..So I request you to resolve the cases and make the refunds .. These are the worst cases I have ever faced in booking online ticket in my life..And I want to know to if I can raise a legal action against them through sending a Notice to the branch(where is my account) of Icici bank and irctc offices..
Mental Harassment , professional time loss, their intention towards fraud make pending the refund for long time ..hard earned Money is on their hand and uncertainty..
interests with the money refund, penalty of keeping the money refund pending and an proper action against them as the customers do not suffer next time .
