Dear Sir/ Madam, It regarding my recent purchase of policies (Policy Nos. 18698056 & 18713163) from ICICI Prudential wherein the feature, T&C conveyed by the marketing manger (Mr. Mahinder, M.No. +91 9560906xxx) found untrue to the ones shared while marketing of the products. Learning this, several attempts were made to reach the company official (Mr. Rupak Bal, M.No. +91 97177008xxxand Mr. Kamal, M.No. +91 9711196xxx, from ICICI Prudential, Noida) and its customer care to resolve these disagreements within stipulated “free lookup period” but nobody assisted within stated time frame. It deemed of deliberate act of company officials to delay the proceeding with promise that they are looking into matter and requisite solve will be ensured irrespective of devour of “free lookup period”. The list of events since receipt of policy documents is attached herewith for ready references. Now, as the free lookup period is just spilled over company is responding saying its inability to consider said policy for cancellation. This is mare act of dishonesty by company towards my hard-earned money and requests your intervention towards requisite resolves.
