I was lured into buying a policy at ICICI Prudential by ICICI Bank, Velachery branch saying that the said policy is not ULIP based. But when I saw the policy document, I was shocked to see that this was a ULIP policy. The policy number is 18264991. I sent back the policy document along with a letter for cancellation before the 15-day look out period. It was sent through BlueDart (13541858982, received by them on 26-Dec-2013). Till now, I have sent multiple reminders and they are not bothered to cancel the policy and return my money back. The executive at Tambaram, Chennai branch is not taking my phone calls. The policy is still in force
