My name is Arpana Dutt, Customer ID 1845567, and a customer of IDBI Bank ,Gariahat Branch, Kolkata. Since they are sending me TDS certificates on email, i see no need for them to send me the hard copy. I have requested them to stop it, but they say they cannot. In this electronic age, where we are trying to be environmentally friendly, and cut less trees, it is criminal that a large bank like IDBI, wont do anythink to help, specially at the request of the customer.
No damage to me. However it is physically damaging to the environment
I do not want the hard copies of the TDS certificates. They should just continue to send it to me online.
