MY NETSETTER NUMBER was Idea 970297xxxx there was lots of network issue with same 3G dongle, as I was not getting network at my place of residence, the wireless radio frequency of High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) technology requires network to give internet access. Because of the said network problem the internet-speed was missing sometimes and/or sometimes very less and my client was unable to access the internet. The rest of the time when he use to get some network at his place of residence the internet speed that he use to getting was not as per the speeds promised. a. My client was shocked to realise that there is no 3G service available in the area where he resides, as it is clearly mentioned by you the said email dated 23rd January, 2013. b. And that your technical team was send to inspect the site, wherein they found that there is no network available in the area where my client resides and where he uses your 3G Dongle to access the internet. c. And as no network is available in the area where my client resides your technical engineer’s were working on installing a new site at Kandarpada, Borivli (West), Mumbai 400 103.

(a) A refund for the cost of the Idea 3G Net setter that is Rs.1,799/-. (b) A refund of all the prepaid monies paid by my client to you, for the service that he never got, that is Rs.249/- for eight months that is a average of Rs.2,000/- or thereabout was spend by my client in recharge. (c) Rs.50,000/- as liquidated damages. (d) My client also has a right to claim damages/compensation for the mental agony, undue harassment, expenses and losses faced by him.
