Idea Cellular had charged me extra for data pro-ration service, They changed my plan from 125 Rs.+98 Rs. 2g Internet with 3g Experience 2 gb/month. to 99 Rs. without my knowledge, my plan was 125 Rs. in which benefits was 300 local&std minutes, 500 sms and roaming flat 50p/min. Now they changed it to 99 Rs plan which I don’t how much benefits I’ll Get and when they changed my plan then also my data usage was showing that I have 538 Mb remaining to use and after changing the plan they barred my number within 24 hours when I called to 198 then they told me that I have to wait till my bill generation and I do that but after getting my bill when I gone to Idea store then the told me that if you’ll use 199 Rs. 2g Unlimited data plan then you’ll get the waiver of 2319 rs. which is charged for data pro-ration but I denied and after some days my number continued without any such notice. When I known that my number had been activated then I send a msg to 1900 porting department then Idea Costumer care called me and told to take same plan which was told by idea store then I agreed for taking the plan for 3 months and will get my waiver and after getting my waiver I’ll pay the bill I promised them but till date I didn’t got any waiver and now they are harassing me to pay the bill because of my usage are too much high and they are saying that my usage was correct and charges was correct. So please please please sir/madam check this issue by your level and give me right justice about this issue. Please I am going to be harassed and I’ll be mad if they’ll harass me too much.
