In September 2013 bill they charged me Rs 2661.29 for a service called Friends & Family. Its Break up of the charges was given as 15-Aug-2010 to 16-Dec-2011 (Rs 1183.06), 24-Dec-2011 to 12-Apr-2012 (Rs 268.55) & 19-Apr-2012 to 31-Aug-2013 (Rs 1209.68). This feature charges were never shown in bills. Suddenly now they say that the service is active and so they are charging me now.

They charged me Rs 2736.29 (in Sep’13 Bill) In Oct Bill they also charged (Rs 60-Late Payment & Rs 75 for F&F Rental)

I want to get the warier of all the additional charges (Friends & Family rentals), service taxes levied on that & Late payment charges reflecting in my Bills from September 2013 on-wards.
