First of all they fetched my number without any reason. Given me back number in postpaid for which I did no. of mails, don?t know how many no. of times I went to idea center & don?t know how many times I called to customer care. Totally waste of time That was literally harassment & torturing. I started using postpaid they started charging me unfair charges. For which i did no. of mails, don?t know how many no. of times I went to idea center & don?t know how many times I called to customer care. Totally waste of time Again harassment & torturing Then after i wanted to go prepaid They dint supported keep me waiting for days. So I made decision of porting out. But now I am asking for my credit balance. THEY made me wait for long time. Even in mails they said i will get cheaque in 15 days. In idea center also it was said that i will get under 45 days of porting out. But now they are saying. I am copying as it is from mail. “We wish to confirm that surplus amount of Rs.602/- is available on your number due to re-rating of bill. Hence, as per company guidelines we are unable to refund the same as it was not due to payment or security deposit available on your number.”
