i am having idea postpaid card in my brotger name, YOGESH M. PATEL,on 1/10/2013 have paid all my bills of which i have receipts of the same. Even though comp discontinue my card service. Have showen my payment receipts to the comp IDEA STORE,but still comp not starting my services. i tried to contact NODAL OFFICER and APPELATE AUTHORITY as per the info on comp website. But later have found that all contact details regarding is fake even mail ids too. And still my card service is not activated. And comp still calling for the payment due to constant call am feeling mental torture. But no one is to solve my problem.

Monatery compansation by way of petrol expenses and mental torture from company and rebate of rent charged by the company. And want that strict action should be taken against comp for providing fake details on its website.
