Idea Cellular send me message “Do you know you can use Internet in your phone.Start internet now. Recharge with Rs 151 get 5GB free Internet for 30days. Dowload song video &more dial*369*151#” This msg was sent to me on 30/11/2013. I enabled same service by dialing *369*151#, BUT only 1 GB Internet is provided to me. When I complaint calling customer care they say I should call only on day SMS sent to me. There is no such information given by Idea Cellular in SMS also such SMS are send multiple time a week or months

The complaint call charges should be reverted. I should get 5 GB pack at same rate as per SMS sent to me. All Telecom service provider should sent clear information to customer if limited time offer is given to them. Limited time limit should be clearly mentioned in message.
