sir i applied for mobile number portability for my current idea no.9990991977 on 22/09/2013.i submitted my documents to reliance for postpaid connection and reliance assured me to provide connection with in 7-10 days with same no. after 10 days reliance agent told me that they have forwarded my documents to idea.reliance agent further informed me that idea company is not processing my number for portability ,which is against TRAI regulation. I called idea costumer care many times but instead of solving my problem they are misguiding me and not giving any propper advice.my portable code is ID882825.

1)- action against telicom . 2)- process my portability application at the earliest.
