In continuation of my previous complaints vide No.85975.4.2014 & 86898.4.2014, I am to submit that Airtel customer care executive contacted me and they told me that the number portability application I submitted at Airtel customer care center was sent to IDEA Customer care office twice. But till date, they don’t released the application for reasons best known to them. I contacted the IDEA customer care center situated at Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam. But one of customer care executive told me that they do not know about any application and they were unable to speak anything about it. So please process my application or mention me the reasons for rejection of my number portability application.

Either my Number portability application was processed and release by IDEA or mention me the reasons for rejection of my application twice.
