I am Vijay bajpai my no is 97548000016 i have recently port in idea network. i recharged my no with 949 rupee for one 3G service pack. As my no was new i also recharged with 150 rupee for full balance on 9.10.13 Now on 11.10.13 the retailer who ported my no also sent an massage as confirmation to the company . By that massage i got some amenities by the company and my call rate get reduced . I also get 50 mb 2g Data for 15 days i also get 7 rupee. But when i was using internet service on 10.10.13 at 8.30 PM all my account balance of 154 rupee was deducted toward internet uses & all the calling services barred by the company. i contacted their customer care they gave me complaint no. SR 1-38786520838 & assured me of resolution by 12.10.13 (10.00 AM ). They called me today but their representative said that because of subsequent recharge of 13 rupee you was entitled to only 50 mb data uses & also because of subsequent recharge your 3g Pack got expired. so we could not resolve your complaint

i just wanted My 161 rupee balance & one month 3g Unlimited plan
