i came to know on 04.05.14 from idea lucky recharge no.50505 that on recharge of Rs.490/ you will get balance of Rs.540/ but when i recharge on the same day i had received the balance of.Rs.433/ only.when i phone to customer care on 05.05.14 and onwards & also mail to customer care but after phone & mail for at least 10 times they told that you are not eligible for the same.openly when any customer recharge for Rs.150/will get balance of Rs.150/.if i had not told the offer then why i recharge for Rs.490/ and get Rs.433/ only.

balance of Rs.107/ plus call charges for customer care nearly Rs.25/ and amount for mental piece as decided by you
