Dear sir, I have recharged my number on 21.10.2013 at the amount of Rs.60 and 34 for bonus card from a retailer in krishnagar at the same time, but i have recieved a of Rs.60 but not received information about Rs.34 i.e. bonus card recharged or not and called the retailer but his mobile had switched off. At that time I had in NRS Hospital, Kolkata in a critical situation. So I have called my friend in Bethuadahari for recharge bonus card and already recharged my number but not get information about successful or not. So I have recharged same amount within one hour but i could not no these successfully recharged or not. AFTER THAT DAY I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEN I COULD KNOW THAT I HAVE RECHARGED SAME AMOUNT i.e.RS 34 FOR BONUS CARD TWO TIMES IN ONE HOUR but did not know when i HAD RECHARGE. WHEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD SORRY WHAT IS IT? I HAVE NO GET ANY INFORMATION IS IT MY FAULT?
