Dear Sir, This is highly frustrating, disappointed and unethical ways of Idea Cellular business policy. I had recharged for Rs.645 today, for mobile internet and other two recharges for balance for Rs. 45 and Rs.49. For some unknown reasons, my mobile data recharge of Rs.645 is overlappsed with Rs.45. Even wihtout using 1MB of data, the entire policy is lappsed. On calling and arguing with CC care executive to roll back my offer to RS.645 they were not co-operative and very unprofessional, including the manager. I request the authorised personal to look into the matter. I would be happy if something positve could be worked around so as to win the satisfaction of your valued customer. Thank You, Mihir T.

I want back my Mobile Data offer of Rs.645 and compensation for mental and physical agony due to unprofessional and unethical ways of business.
