I am using services of Idea Cellular from last one yr. I went to Australia in July and my son given request at sec 20 idea office for the safe custody for three months i.e AUg to Oct and deposited 150.00 as fee for safe custody ( 50.00 per month) request no. IdC1-28507627401.But company charged rental of Rs.250.00 + secvice tax 30.90 for three months.I visited the idea store in sec 20 Panchkulain oct first week they said their is some inundation problem you will get the waver in next bill. I deposited the bill. same thing is going on from last two months but i did not got the waver for three months i.e Rs.842.70. Today again i visited the idea store Mr.Amit( Supervisor) said we can give only 500.00 as good will waver. I asked the reason why he did not told any reason.

Economic damage is of Rs.842.70 as i did not got waver
