Mobile no: 9011591xxx For above mentioned number they stopped outgoing services and deactivated other services before due date of payment. Previously as per retention team they commited to reverse 300 rupees but the team explained me about the reversal and the 300 remaining from previous bill was pending and then retention team said to pay in next bill. And regarding the remaining amount idea never called me to pay and without intimating to me they deactivated the service.
I want my connection to be activated and as per they are mentioning ‘Select’ for premium customer they should treat us. Service should be proper they should treat as per segmentation. Now I want idea to be reverse an respective amount because of such deactivation without intimating me. Idea should be charged with the penalty as for improper service. Else I will leave idea and switch to another service provider.
