Dear Sir, I am a user of Idea Mobile.As a software professional i used to recharge my mobile through online process from https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/PrepaidRecharge owned by Idea Cellular.During my last recharge i see an offer of 30p/min from idea to other local number at Rs. 61 for 75 days.But, after recharge i got 1.2p/2sec with other options and now i have to suffer for 75 days with high call rate. It is a small amount but still a problem for small consumers.When i contacted Idea customer care , they said that it’s fault from our website because it wasn’t updated and we are sorry for this. But i wanted my money back, why should i suffer for 75 days with high call rate, but they denied to pay back the money.This all happened in 13th July, 2013. Also i have saved the screenshots of all this process.

I have to suffer for 75 days from now onwards with idea to other at 1.2p/2s and for first 2 minutes 1.4p/sec. But the real offer shown Local I2I @ 20p/min; Local I2O @ 30p/min; STD @ 40p/min (1st 120 sec of the day @ 1.2p/sec)

I want either my money back or the offer shown in the website to be valid in my mobile from that recharge day.
