IFB Microwave – Broken condition – Not Working

I requested free service for my IFB 30SC3 Microwave as part of Free Service Camp by IFB on 23.08.14. I registered for this by logging into IFB website. IFB technician visited my place on 26.08.14. He suggested that Microwave door is bit hard to open/close and strongly adviced to replace the door lever. He also insisted me to take 1 year AMC (for Rs 1500 + taxes). I was skeptical about it and went ahead with the technician’s suggestion thinking that he is coming from reputed company like IFB and he must be giving proper suggestion. Hence I took the AMC and asked him to replace the door lever. He replaced it and while replacing he broke few clamps. After that Microwave door is not getting closed and as a result Microwave is not even getting started. I got the feedback message, to which I replied as Not Satisfied (The incidence no is – E18238). Then I got a call from IFB next day on 27.08.14. I was promised that some senior technician would visit me within 48 hours. But no one has visited me since then. I called IFB customer care but shockingly they did not have tracking of this incidence (E18238). And said that your previous complaint is closed successfully and opened a new complaint. But since then I am daily following up with IFB Customer care via phone and mails but no one has visited me to fix the microwave. So at the end of the day, the crux of the story is- My Microwave was working perfectly fine. I saw IFB offer of Free Service. fFll in the trap of IFb technician for AMC. I had to give 1685Rs and now my Microwave is in broken condition and not working at all and no one is fixing it since last 1 month.

I want my microwave to be fixed asap and refund the AMC charges. I also want IFB to compensate me for the mental stress that I am having since last one month.
