I purchased an IFB microwave oven through sanpdeal.com. For the demonstration of the product I registered with the company IFB at their customer care no. 18604255678. Upon registration I was provided with demo request no. 14085258 and customer code 10819657; and was promised for the demo within 24 hrs. I had registered for the demonstration on 22-oct-2014 and it’s been more than 12 days, but the demo has not been done yet. For their reminder I called them around 100 times, spent 100s of rupees on call expenses and precious a lot of time; still didn’t get the demo done. The product has been laying idle/useless, we are not even sure if the product which we purchased is in working condition.
1. Immediate demonstration of the product. 2. Full guaranty/assurance against any issue with the product which might had arisen in the past, arises or may arise in future. 3. Appropriate compensation for wasting my precious time and causing mental harassment; wasting money on call and uselessness of the product since the purchase of the product.
