I have purchased an IFB Microwave Oven from one of the Dealer in Delhi in Oct 2013, after that I have not got chance to use it and when i tried to use it, it is making very high Unbearable noise. I logged a complaint with service center on 1st of December and after that I have called the around 15-20 times, and every time they assured that someone will visit my place in next 24 hrs, but yet no one has visited my place to resolve the issue. I got a call from engineer after logging a call that he will visit my place but no has come and late when i called customer care they said status is reflecting customer has to confirm and when i tell them this is a wrong status, they assured me someone will visit asap to rectify the problem. and after that i had made 5-10 calls to the customer care and requesting them to send some one to fix the issue but nothing works. I want my money back, even if they replace it there is no guarantee they will give me proper service( its been more than a month i am following up with them for service).
