I bought the machine this year and the same is within Warranty. I lodged first complaint on 14.10.2013, complaint no 11653475. Technician visited and repaired the machine. But we found that he did not repair it properly. Again I lodged another complaint after one month and the complaint no is 11840338. After lodging this complaint, I contacted your officials of IFB Industries in mobile no 9804169625 and 9903144022 and requested that the complaint is quite old and the machine should be repaired properly. In spite of this, nobody attended the complaint. Again I lodged a complaint last week and complaint no is 11985353. Again I talked to IFB official in their mobile no.9804169625 and I was told on 6th that senior technician will attend the complaint on next day i.e. 7th dec 13, Saturday. Nobody attended the complaint on Saturday. Today again I talked to IFB official over mobile no 9903144022. Today one technician attended and at the time of repairing he broke the front door.

I seek relief from your forum so that I get the Purchase money back or the machine is replaced with new one which will be trouble-free.
