Dear Sir/Madam, I, Manish Tandon, am a respected citizen of kanpur and i am writing it to you regarding the Improper service of IFB people here in Kanpur. Sir, I lodged a complaint (Complaint number 12081824) on 22/12/2013 and i am still waiting for them to come and repair the machine. I call them everyday to remind them of their visit, but, they say that the products are not yet arrived. The biggest irony happened when the correspondent said that the products have arrived yet the technician said that they haven’t! After all these happenings; it is worthless for IFB to say that they have “24 HOUR SERVICE GUARANTEE”. Thanking You, Manish Tandon
