Since day one the AC was not cooling to our satisfaction and same was confirmed from dealer and he found outdoor unit faulty and replaced it. The second unit was also showing same behaviour and could not bring room temp. down below 27 even when running at 16 deg whole night. It just doesn’t feel like sitting in AC room. Now the dealer said compressor is faulty and replaced the compressor and has recharged gas several times since then. Still the cooling is not good and AC could not bring room temp. down. Sometimes they say stabilizer is bad and they changed it twice. Now I am struck with a bad AC which do not cool during hot days and only cools when the weather is already good outside. Dealer is not listening to any complains and people from IFB service centre are not able to rectify the issue either.

I have to call IFB service centre many times and had to contact dozens of people hundreds of time. They all were un-professional in their work and could not solve the problem in AC and they just fooled me every time they visit. This severely resulted in severe mental stress for me and heavy electricity bills for running AC each time for longer hours just for checking and not getting any good cooling from it.

I have no trust left in IFB brand and want the dealer to take back this IFB AC and refund my money.
