Respected sir, I am mathura dutt Residence – 110-A pocket – A-2 mayur vihar phase -3 new Delhi.retired government employed from having IGL BP NO 4000014550 SINCE DECEMBER ,2008 . since 2008 two months billing cycle on normal reading was genrated by IGL and delivered to my residential address and the average consumption being 20-30 units and amount being between rs 500-700 only. Every bill was paid by me well in time till 15th february,2012 and nothing is pending. copies of earlier bills are enclose for refrence. Suddenly I received a bill from 16/2/2013 to 15/4/2012 of 176.59 consumption units amounting to rs 5,656/- which is very high than the routine 20-30 units and amount rs 500-700. I had complaint in office but they did not response me they told me mr manish informed me not to pay the bill and told me that he may send the expert to check the leakage of gas in pipeline as the consumption is shown to be 10 times above the normal consumption for last 4 years .One employed of IGL visited to my house but nothing has been done and again I recevied a bill after 10 days for the same amount. I tried contacting the incharge as well Nodal officer on tel Nos – 46074806,46074811 respectively but to no avail. I had complained in RTI office but they did not response me. please you do something and action against him. kindly help me.

I want my bill send correctly and please make justice.
