I am a airtel prepaid mobile (No. 9862441057) customer of Agartala, Tripura. Recently (3 days back) the local airtel service introduced a internet pack illegally for which I never requested. Daily they are deducting money for this pack. I complained to them they refused. Now I am planning to shift to BSNL soon and applied too. For the same thing I lodged complaint in the similar manner but no response. you and your entire airtel seems to be same in this respect, i.e. not to respond to customer. My question why you people collect money illegally from the customer by introducing different costly packs without customers consent and not even given a option to accept or reject. Is it not a dirty business policy. You have no legal right to intro. any pack without my consent. Plz. tell your dirty players at agartala, tripura to refund my all money deducted for this pack immediately, orelse, I shall file against you in the consumer’s forum.
