Distributor name- – Kartar Gas Agency Distributor Code: – 110433 Dear Sir, My customer no. is 16343 & I have booked DBC Connection online with reference no. D1404031. As desired by INDANE all the relevant documents submitted to above mentioned distributer but distributor denied to give DBC connection and after that we have booked complain Indane toll free number till date no response( Matter is under process) dated 6th March 2014 But till date I have not received DBC connection. Along with that every time whether I need to refill cylinder they have not booked cylinder online but make fake entry to book cylinder. In the month of march everyday at 9.00 am all the customers in the front gate of gas agency & only those got cylinder who deposite their copy with in this great crowd gathring. I am doing a pvt job so have no time to attand at that time of moment. According to this system none a lady can get a refill cylinder. I also want to contact at area office Jalandhar on contact no. 0181- 2420019 but no one attend this phone. All the people of the town are fed up from this dirty system. I have also some images for your ready reference. I also request at indane toll free number so I can contact higher authorities contact no. & e mail ids so that I will be able to show them real picture. But they were helpless.
