gas cylinder has been delivered to my home on 25-06-2014. at morning, i found that weight of cylinder is less. on measurement of weight i found it only 28.5 Kg though it must be 30.5 KG( 16.3 kg cylinder wt + 14.2 kg gas wt). this not the first time it is happening, every time cylinder is delivered it is less in weight the cylinder is still sealed and kept at my home…i tried to contact to IOCl indane gas and distributor but their phone numbers are engaged all the time.. my consumer ID is 13494 the name and address of distributor is as follows – Sukhdev vihar Gas service, 12,CSC, DDA Market, sukhdev vihar, near mother dairy new delhi 25 ph – 26310291, 26936694, 26843159

I want to get the cylinder replaced.. with the cylinder which is appropriate in weight.
