Indane Gas – Delay in new connection poor response

Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Mehul Gohel resident of address mentioned in this application. I recently moved to the New Ranip Area in the rented home on 21st July. I applied for new connection from Indane Gas company through Nirmala Gas Agency. On very first instance when they provided me information on the “package” of Rs 9500 that will include two gas cylinders, a two burner gas stove, a 3ltr cooker and a safety kit. When I asked about what is if I just want to purchase mandatory things (gas cylinders and safety kit) they said then in that case you’ll have to go through lot of scrutiny in terms of inspections and your process of getting connection will be lengthen! To my surprise they actually did the same. I submitted online application for which I got wait-list number on 12-Aug, after submitting required papers the again asked me to enquirer after one week then after week they asked me to bring affidavit and said application is approved. (which was already approved on 12Aug). After I submitted affidavit today they asked me to pay Rs9500 and I’ll get two bottles and all appliance on 1st or 2nd Sep. Once I said I just need minimum stuffs (gas cylinder and safety kit) they did u-turn and gave me a contact number and clearly said to keep calling this number every 15 days

If you can help me getting the connection as soon as possible with only mandatory things to be purchased as per company rules then it will be really helpful.
