My consumer number is 10291. I am using LPG service from Indane GAS. I have got 2 Non-subsidiased refill cylender and got refund back in my account for both but the payment which I get is less as comparative to rate. First I received amount 435 (which was default as said as one refill advanced) then I booked one refill; paid 1287.50 rs for that and got refund of 810.60 rs. It seems refill cost should be 476.60 (while actual cost was arround 435 rs) second I got refilled cylender and paid 1131 rs but got refund as 658.96 rs. It means refill cost should be 472.04 (while actual cost was arround 451 rs) . When I called to distributer, she told me that this charge is taken by government. when I called to customer care they did not receive the call. 1. If after giving proper documents, I am being charged higher then others (who are not registered with adhar) then we would not like to register documents like this. 2. Adhar card is not registered as address proof and ID proof in givernment rules then why government has deducted amount for people those are registered with adhaar. and If government has not deducted more amount then why we are not getting receipt of amount of proper amount which I was paid (in my case, 476.60 rs and 472.04 rs). As a conclusion, either I should get a proper receipt of amount which I paid ((in my case, 476.60 rs and 472.04 rs)) or I should get proper refund of the amount which I have paid ((in my case, 852.50 rs and 680 rs)) Feedback Docket no on Indane complaint site is : 1318683
