We buy LPG cylinders for home use from the above agency, earlier they used to take bookings and write the date of booking in the Domestic Gas Consumer Card. But since last six months they have changed their system and don’t take bookings with a promise to deliver the gas cylinder within 2 days of informing them. Sir, my last gas cylinder was issued to me on 30/9/2013. Since then I have been over to their workplace 20 times but every time they give the reply that it will be delivered within a day or two. Sir, i am being mentally harassed by them. Its been over 3 months since I was issued a gas cylinder. Sir this a violation of my fundamental right. If i call them they dont reply or pick up. Also they treat us like animals when we go and ask them about the cylinder.

Sir I just want that my gas cylinder be issued in time as that is my fundamental right.
