sir/madam i am mahesh kumar.ho-no v-224 khzoor wali gali no-2 arvind nagar ghonda delhi-110053.my gas agency bedi indane b-43,kartar nagar 3.1/2 pusta delhi 110053.consumer no is 20559.i am pained to draw your attention to the lapse commuted for you. 1 April to 6 December 2013 i have 6 subsidiary cylinder deliver but now cylinder without subsidiary deliver (January 2014).the gas agency employees are not talking with me. but government rule is (9 subsidiary cylinder after cylinder are not subsidiary in 1 year).in spite of my repeated oral complaints and your department oral assurances no concrete action has been taken yet to solve this problem.it is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not needing to our complaints. please get the needful done without any further loss of time. i feel confident of receiving a favourable and helpful reply. regards ———-mahesh kumar 9868830xxx
