I had booken a gas refill on 22-06-2013, and due to some emergency we all family members are out of the town, the cyilender dilevery man come to deliver the cyilender as we there is no one at home he goes back. Then on 16-07-2013 I visited the vicky agency office regarding non delivery, the lady sitting at the counter said that there was no one at home on 26-06-2013 the delivery man said, I replied yes we were out of the town that time kindly deliver the culender now.she shouted at me and said that we will not diliver it. If you want the cylinder then get it from godown yourself consumer no. 30948, kartar singhf

As I require the cylender, I visited the godown to take the cylender which cost me Rs 100 as a cartage. And the cylender costs me 511 insted of 411. And the also the misbehave by that lady at the public place was disgusting

I want that lady sitting at the counter should apolozise and promisis that se will not do it again.
