On 19th December 2013, I have placed an order online for a Cake and a gift to deliver at Moodbidri, Mangalore, Karnataka for the date 22nd December 2013, as it was my Fried’s Birthday. Order no- GTIP 3618 Invoice no – GTIP 3618 There was no delivery done on that day and the phone numbers they had mentioned in their website are non answerable and also emails I had dropped were not responded. Attached is the order placed confirmation and the invoice of the order, which costed me 4024/- Kindly help me to get my money back and also the recover of consequences happened.

My money back and the compliments they would like to give for the consequences happened, which cant be fulfilled with anything though.
