I ordered and pay by online Rs. 144/- for a My First Picture dictionary on 05.07.2013. order No. I05071300011. They informed me that there is no item in the stock and ,so I cancelled the order and demand for a refund. I made several queries for refund for the last 40 days and they are not reponding to my queries. They cheated me by 1. Displaying an item that is no longer in their stock 2.Received a payment for an item that is no longer in their stock . 3.Not attending phone calls 4. NO refund after 40 days after cancellation 5. No feed backs for my queries.

Rs. 144/-+ Rs.2000/- as penalty for my wastage of my money, physical and mental tensions.
