India Plaza – Website has not refunded amount in

Dear Sir/Mam Following is the sequence of events 1. On 17 May 2013 : I ordered a book namely ‘You can Negotiate Anything’ on Indiaplaza.com (Recipt Enclosed) 2. On 7 June 2013 : I lodged a complaint on online custor care portal of indiaplaza.com 3. On 10 June 2013 : I received a mail from website for cancellation of my order due to non availability in their stock ,also it cited to send notification regarding refund as the order was already paid but as of the day i received no notification regarding the refund.Amount has not been credited to my account by indiaplaza.com 4. On 22 June 2013 : I lodged second time complaint as ‘Reminder’ But this time I got No Reply.

Applicant Want that :- 1.The said Amount for refund be credited into applicant’s account. 2.Appropriate action or disciplinary action be taken against indiaplaza.com for their such whimsical actions.
