I have placed an order no 3002950986 from India time shopping website on 05th January 2014. They have confirmed the order and informed me that order will be delivered by 13th January. On 11th of January, a representative from India times called me and informed that they do no have the product and offer a replacement product. I have checked the details of the new product and provide confirmation on the same day. Then I have received a message that I’ll get the product on 22nd January. I was not convinced with the time of delivery and raised a compliant about the same. The customer care executive informed me that they will expedite the delivery on 13th of January. On 18th January I have called again and talked to Customer care. They informed me that the product will be dispatched later today or tomorrow. On the next day they informed me that they do not have the replacement order as well and will refund my money. Although they have refunded my money but i am not satisfied with their service and customer support.
I want to file a complaint against the website content and Customer support for India times as they are just wasting time and money of the customers.
