India Today,refund of damaged tv

A LED TV WAS BOUGHT IN JANUARY 2013. THE PRODUCT RECIEVED BY CURIOUR ON 05/02/2013 BUT IT WAS DAMAGED. IMIDIATELY INFROMED TO BAG IT TODAY LTD. AS PER THEIR ADVICE THE PRODUCT WAS WAITING FOR REVERSE PICK UP FOR 4 MONTH. FINALLY IT WAS REVERSED PICKED UP BY THEIR CURIOUR FIRST FLIGHT ON 06/06/2013. BUT ALMOST 6 MONTHS SPENT FROM DATE OF PURCHASE BUT STILL REFUND IS PENDING. ORDER ID: 1018307464.

REFUND OF RS. 21,999/- IS PENDING. CAN NOT DECIDE WHETHER NEW TV SHOULD BE PURCHASED OR NOT. LOT OF WORRIES WITH THIS DAMAGED PRODUCT. AND STILL IN DOUBT WHETHER I WILL GET BACK MY MONEY OR NOT. THERE WERE LOT OF COMMUNICATION WITH SERVICE PROVIDER. FINALY FADE UP AND SUPPOSED TO MAKE A COMPLAIN. THIS SERVICE PROVIDER SHOULD BE BANNED FOR THIS SERVICE.

ORIGINAL REFUND AMOUNT: RS. 21,999/- AND PENALTY FOR THIS KIND OF MOST HARASABLE SERVICE RS. 15,000/- AND INTEREST AS PER CREDIT CARD.
