I booked Tatkal ticket though IRCTC on 02.08.2013 whose PNR no is 8215396441. But train was indefinite late and i didn’t board the train on 04.08.2013. After that I filed TDR on 05.08.2013 . Now its going to be approx. 3 mths the amount is not refunded to my account. TDR details:- ref no: ekt2013085008557438 Date of filling: 05.08.2013 TDR Zone: SER I have attached my Rail ticket and TDR entry for ready reference.

According to Refund Rules and TDR Filing 01.07.2013 I should get the TDR amount Rs 1065. Please look into the matter and do the needful
