I had scheduled journey on 15th Jan 2014 via KAIFIYAT EXP.PNR number is 2455135398.But on 15th Jan train was late by almost 10 hours ( STD was 15th Jan, 7.20 pm while ATD was 16th Jan 5.30 am) so I left this train and filed TDR on 16th Jan 2014. But IRCTC have stated that “TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit.” and refused to refund my amount. Kindly do the needful.

Refund of said amount as it was not our fault. It was Indian Railway fault.
